All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production takes 5–7 business days, and U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Bad Caddy Apparel Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any purchases made in our store are transactions directly between you and Bad Caddy Apparel Co. Shopify is not responsible for sales, fulfillment, or any issues arising from your purchases. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims or liabilities related to your transactions with us.
