Return Policy
Most of our products are made to order with original Bad Caddy designs. Because items are produced specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
For eligible, non-custom products, we offer a return window of 30 days from delivery (U.S. orders only).

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Non-Custom Items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Not eligible for return except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
- Other Non-Returnable Items: Final-sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, and personal care items (where applicable).

HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA REQUIRED)
1. Email badcaddyapparelco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.

REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
